📌 General Policy Overview

Our yachts, boats, and travel services are confirmed through partner fleets and captains. Due to the nature of charter operations, reservations involve vessel allocation, crew arrangements, scheduling, and travel preparations. Refunds and credits are processed based on the terms below.

⏳ Booking Changes & Modifications

• ✅ Changes allowed up to 14 days before departure (subject to availability)
• ✅ Name changes & guest updates permitted
• ✅ Date rescheduling allowed once per booking
• ⚠️ Rate differences may apply on new dates/locations

🛥️ Charter Cancellation Policy

• ✅ 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking (if service date is 7+ days away)
• ✅ 80% refund if canceled 30+ days before the charter
• ✅ 50% refund if canceled 14–29 days before the charter
• ❌ No refunds if canceled within 13 days of charter date
• ✅ Option to receive a future credit instead of refund when eligible

🌊 Weather & Safety Cancellations

• 🚫 No fees if captain cancels due to unsafe weather
• ✅ Free rescheduling to next available date
• ✅ Future credit equal to booking value if unable to reschedule
• 🌪️ Weather cancellations are determined by certified captains & port authorities only

⚙️ Mechanical or Operational Interruptions

• ✅ Full rebooking option if vessel becomes unavailable
• ✅ Complimentary upgrade options when possible
• 💵 Refund for unused portion of charter if issue occurs mid-trip

🎉 Special Event & Holiday Bookings

• ⚠️ Non-refundable unless vessel is re-booked by another client
• ✅ Future credit provided if cancellation is due to weather or safety lockdowns

💳 Payment Refund Timelines

Refunds are issued via original payment method.

• 💵 Card/Bank refunds: 5–10 business days
• 💠 Crypto refunds (BTC/XRP): issued same-token, 1–3 business days
• 🏦 International transfers: 5–15 days depending on bank & region

💠 Crypto Payment Policy (BTC & XRP)

• ✅ Refunds honored in same currency
• 💱 Exchange rate used at time of refund processing
• 🛑 No fiat-conversion chargebacks permitted

👤 ID, Travel & Crew Requirements

If service cannot be delivered due to missing documents:

• ⚠️ No refund if failure is customer-related
• ✅ Assistance provided for re-booking & travel paperwork
